A chilly but sunny Saturday morning saw the 313th Ashford parkrun take place. Jeanette French celebrated a personal best finishing in 32.05. Paul McDonnell was the first Strider to finish in 18.33 followed by Justin Burden 24.38, Frank Remigio 24.39, Shane Snowwolf 25.20, Ross Sadd 27.13, Mark Archer 28.02, Daniel Forbes 28.12, Hannah Lothian 28.16, Lee Standen 28.36, David Gadsby 29.10, Martin Whittingham 29.21, John Mitchell 29.30, Rachel Forrester 29.32, Peter Broom 29.33, David Holland 30.08, Brian Forrester 30.09, Rachel Oliver 30.30, Rachel Theobold 30.58, Kevin York 31.07, Lisa Fulcher 33.28, Leanne Clark 34.55, Katie Constantine 34.58, Danielle Moss, 35.48, Tamsin Ritchie 35.57, Toyah Bicker 38.43 and Pam Hunt 40.28. The Strider volunteers this week were Hazel Forrester, Alison Waters and Josh Whiten.

This week Jacob Henwood completed the Victoria Dock parkrun in 21.00 and Alice Cook was in Rickmansworth finishing in 23.21. Becca Hurley was on the other side of the world and completed the New Farm Parkrun in Australia in 29.03.

Kath Atkinson was the 11th lady overall to complete this 9 mile trail run in a time of 1.17.18.

Rob Wood competed in this 10 mile run organised by Thanet Roadrunners and completed the race in 1.28.58.

Two Striders completed the Great Run Local on Sunday morning. Josh Whiten took 2nd place overall in a time of 22.59 and John Mitchell completed in 30.10.
