Weekly Report

Ashford parkrun number 315 saw a number of Striders achieving personal bests going into the festive season. Celebrating this week were Aiden Gorham, Josh Whiten, Gwen Protheroe, Alice Cook, John Mitchell, Michelle Rowles and Lisa Gribbin. Paul McDonnell was the first Strider to finish in 18.59, followed by Aiden Gorham 19.05, Cris Francis 21.40, Rob Wood 22.53, Josh Whiten 22.57, Alice Cook 23.21, Jason Sanders 24.11, Steve Rumsey 24.14, Gwen Protheroe 24.19, Alison Waters 24.30, Lee Standen 25.55, Vicky Stevenson 27.09, Mark Archer 27.57, John Mitchell 28.25, Rebecca Somerford 28.34, Peter Broom 29.45, Ian Dunning 30.38, Hazel Forrester 30.38, Brian Forrester 30.43, Michelle Rowles 31.24, Paul Dunning 31.25, Rachel Oliver 31.26, Leigh Freeman 31.51, David Holland 31.54, Lisa Gribbin 32.17, Tamsin Ritchie 34.06, Toyah Bicker 36.25 and Pam Hunt 39.59. Strider volunteers this week were Danielle Moss and Claire Maxlow.

Jacob Henwood travelled to Hamburg to complete the Alstervorland parkrun, completing in 21.20 and finishing 4th overall. Becca Hurley continued her tourism by travelling to Billericay completing in 28.59.

Shane Snowwolf took part in the Usual Suspects at Samphire Hoe on Saturday. He completed 5 laps (16.4 miles) in 3.15.19.

Lisa Gribbin completed the Santa Dash 5k in 33.17.

Andy Found took part in the Betteshanger Xmas Cracker 5 mil race and completed in 44.57.

John Mitchell was the lone Strider to take part in the Great Run local and completed the 5K in 29.30.
