Ashford Striders Race Report for Week Ending 21st January 2024

Whilst most of the UK was in the big freeze this week, not even the icy temperatures could deter our Striders from representing in red across the South East this weekend. Layered-up and ready to roll, 55 Striders attended Parkrun on 20th January 2024 with 15 taking on a tourist course. And to finish the wild weather weekend, a group of hardy Striders took on the Canterbury 10 Miler on the 21st January 2024 with superb efforts all round and some shiny PBs too!
